The BoatHouse Paddle Club in WaterColor introduces Girls Sweat 30A

The BoatHouse Paddle Club in WaterColor will host a new and empowering wellness class for girls.

 WaterColor, Fla. (October 17, 2017) – The BoatHouse Paddle Club will begin wellness classes for girls, from elementary age to high school seniors, starting in November.

The program is aptly named Girls Sweat 30A. Girls Sweat 30A is a six-week program for three different age groups, one day each week. The classes will be segmented by grade level. There will be an elementary session, a middle school session and a high school session. The classes begin at 3:45 and will be approximately one hour long. Classes will introduce a variety of fitness activities respective to participants. The six-week program will help develop a positive attitude toward fitness and confidence.

The sessions will start November 6th and end in December, before traditional holidays begin.

“We are dedicated to our community,” says program director, Dru Sandy. Girls are the focus for this program because we want to empower girls at an early age. We want to help girls establish lifelong positive-attitudes for fitness through our fun programs.”

Girls Sweat 30A for elementary age girls will be on Mondays, November 6th – December 11th.

Girls Sweat 30A for middle school age girls will be Wednesdays, November 8th – December 13th.

Girls Sweat 30A for high school age girls will be Thursdays, November 9th – December 14th.

The program is $90 for the full six-weeks. While the program director encourages six-week participation- fostering greater impact for attendees – you may choose a $20 drop-in option.
