“We were over the moon excited about our inaugural sessions this year. We hope to grow our program exponentially in 2018,” says program director, Dru Sandy. Girls are the focus for this program because we want to empower girls at an early age. We want to help girls establish lifelong positive-attitudes for fitness through our fun programs.”

Girls Sweat 30A for elementary age girls will be on Mondays, January 8th – February 12th.

Girls Sweat 30A for middle school age girls will be Wednesdays, January 10th – February 14th.
