Girls Sweat 2.0 is back for Spring! 🌸

Who is this for?
-The girl that enjoys being outside in a group setting, whether they are prepping for a sport or want to become more comfortable with a variety of activities.
-The girl that is active or interested in becoming more active while learning proper form and technique.
-The girl that wants to set a goal. Fun run anyone?

 We will jog/run, cardio and strength work on the mat, and learn proper warmups and cooldown for any activity. Our goal is to instill confidence and develop a healthy and fun relationship with fitness!
