Summer Race Series Recap
Our summer series was the first race series geared toward you, the 30A vacationer! Racers completed a 1 mile trail run immediately followed by a 1 mile paddle around beautiful Western Lake, WaterColor. Race results were compiled onto a leaderboard over the course of the 8 weeks of summer with an overall winner at the end of the series and a raffle for a RUN/SUP Inflatable paddle board package.
The top finishers at the end of the series were Danny Cook of Santa Rosa Beach, FL with a time of 17:49 – mens, and Amanda Abbot of Blue Mountain Beach, FL with a 20:15 – womens. Congratulations to Danby Donlan of Charlotte, NC for winning the R/S-F board!
We want to thank all of our participants for such an amazing turnout over the summer. Look for the 2017 Summer Race Series to start again in May.
